Recruitment services are available, subject to approval on the basis of definitive positions (our search policy is to
ensure roles will not be withdrawn from the market).

Our specialised service is primarily targeted toward roles within your company's international development
strategies, i.e. placements in new markets. These roles may be territory specific Sales Directors/Managers,
Managing Directors, International Business Development Managers, Operations Managers etc., or technically
oriented roles, but all will be based upon searches for candidates already located in the target market or to be
placed in the target market.

Our policy, upon acceptance, is to request a 25% non-refundable deposit prior to initiation of search.

Searches may be refused if offered remuneration packages are deemed disproportionate to the position within the
given territory. All 100% commission based package roles will be refused, as will majority OTE based roles. The
overriding reason for this policy is to ensure the integrity of candidates (i.e.
your future employees) as well as
providing clients with quality of service.

Searches will be conducted through collection of resumes (CV's), wherefrom a predetermined number of
candidates with the most appropriate skills and experience will be presented for consideration. It is a further policy
of ICPR 1200 Limited to avoid selection on the basis of keywords, electronic selection, and we will also avoid
undertaking processes such as psychometric testing. Should clients wish to undertake these processes, these
should be undertaken at their own discretion. The advantage of utilising our service is that we understand the
appropriate nature of skills and experience from candidates CV's and can match them accurately to clients needs.

You may also contact us for Non-Executive Director (NED) placements, however, the process for such placements
will not be conducted via search methods, but through our existing network of appropriately skilled executives.
