a) The purposes of identifying suitable partner opportunities for members;
b) For ensuring members suitability to meet international business development requirements;
c) For ensuring members are only contacted in regard to stipulated opportunities according to industry, product and
territory.
Potential Partner Notifications
Members will be notified of international business development opportunities according to their industry, territory
and suitability to meet the opportunity.
International Business Development Advice
ICPR 1200 Limited will provide advice and assistance (where required) to members/clients in preparation for
international business development strategies, tailored to the members/clients specific needs.
Distribution Source Advice
Members/clients seeking distribution sources within international territories will be advised of the most appropriate
partner resource to fulfil their distribution requirements. Initial interest from sources will be determined by ICPR
1200 Limited on behalf of the member/client, including any specific requests for information, wherefrom
members/clients will be formally introduced to the partner resource for private finalisation of any agreement. Advice
as to agreement terms may be requested where deemed appropriate by the member/client, as well as further
assistance in matters of business relationship management. Members/clients may request this service to be
conducted anonymously during the initial contact phase, whereby interest will be established in the name of ICPR
1200 Limited until such time as the member/client is satisfied. ICPR 1200 Limited will not, however, enter into
contract on members/clients behalf.

Members/clients seeking purchase (procurement) sources within international territories will be advised of the most

Market Entrance Consulting
Members/clients seeking to physically enter into international territories will be advised of the required resources to
successfully form their entity within the given territory. As appropriate, further general advice will be provided as to
potential localisation requirements, legal requirements, reporting requirements (i.e. Tax) and general market
conditions. This service may be conducted in conjunction with affiliates.
International Placement
Placement (recruitment) services are available to members and non-members alike, subject to approval on the
basis of definitive positions (our search policy is to ensure roles will not be withdrawn from the market). 25%
non-refundable deposits are required prior to initiation of search (see Fees). Searches may be refused if offered
remuneration packages are deemed disproportionate to the position within the given territory. All 100% commission
based package roles will be refused, as will majority OTE based roles. Our policy in placement (recruitment) is to
ensure the integrity toward candidates (i.e. your future employees) as well as members / clients.
Searches are purely for positions to be filled within new territories, or those territories requiring additional
development staff, and will be conducted through collection of resumes (CV's), wherefrom a predetermined number
of candidates with the most appropriate skills and experience will be presented for consideration. It is the policy of
ICPR 1200 Limited to avoid selection on the basis of keywords, electronic selection, and we will also avoid
undertaking processes such as psychometric testing. Should members / clients wish to undertake these
processes, these should be undertaken at their own discretion. The advantage of utilising our service is that we can
actually read and understand the skills and experience from candidates CV's (you may be surprised how many
recruitment agencies are unable to perform this simple task), without electronic assistance, and our fixed fee policy
(regardless of position remuneration packages) for such service.
Representation Services
Due to our base market within the UK, we can assist members and non-members with entrance to the UK in
physical terms and represent the company accordingly.
Additionally we can provide assistance in company formation, sourcing office space or land available for
development, securing Non-Executive Directors and any other additional reasonable requirements. The fees for
these services will be determined according to overall requirement.
Through our affiliation programme we can also offer these services worldwide, whereby fees will be advised by
ICPR 1200 Limited after consultation with the relevant affiliate.
Translation Services (Outsourced)
We do possess internal linguistic capabilities (English / Japanese), however as we are not a translation or
interpretation oriented company. We will only offer these services in conjunction with affiliates and known resources.
This system is provided to ensure a total service for international development, though we do recommend the use of
English as the accepted international business language. We will also ensure that this service is provided in a
cost-effective, timely fashion and to the highest standard possible. ICPR 1200 Limited will provide this service at a
rate of 5% commission.
Project Services
Projects may cover a wide array of international business development services, and this is specific to any project
that will require on site attendance, client visit or projects outside of standard services. This service will require
expenses to be received up-front (i.e. any travel and accommodation), with fees payable immediately upon the
