WHO SHOULD BECOME A MEMBER / CLIENT?
MEMBERSHIP PROCEDURE
The Policy for Membership to ICPR 1200 Limited is to request relevant, non-invasive, information from applicant
corporate entities, wherefrom we will determine suitability. This process of suitability is first and foremost dependent
upon the applicants international capabilities and readiness, where applicable, as well as the ability of ICPR 1200
Limited to meet the needs of the applicant via the Services provided. If we believe we will be unable to provide the
applicant with quantifiable results, or if we adjudge the applicant to require additional capabilities prior to further
consideration, we will inform the applicant accordingly.
Naturally any questions as to ethical or moral suitability will also be taken into consideration, including refusal of
entities acting as dummy corporations for domestic protection purposes.
At no point will the data received in the application process be utilised for any other purpose than to assess suitability
and determining appropriate international opportunities.
Application may be made via the Forms page or by requesting an Application Form to be forwarded to a designated e-
mail address. We will endeavour to respond to applicants within 28 days, wherefrom accepted applicants will be
provided with payment information and, subsequent to receipt of payment, membership certification.
- Any company with multi-territory strategies;
- Any company seeking long term purchasing (procurement) relationships;
- Any company seeking international routes for distribution;
- Any company seeking in-country representation and assistance;
- Any company seeking international business development advice.

£350.00 per annum.
Providing access to all ICPR 1200 Limited Services.
£150.00 per annum.
Providing listing to ICPR 1200 Limited database for contact from appropriate Full Members
and access to lower rates for International Placement Services.
Fixed Fees
Placement (recruitment) services are subject to approval on the basis of definitive positions
(our search policy is to ensure roles will not be withdrawn from the market). 25% non-refund
able deposits are required prior to initiation of search. Searches may be refused if offered
packages are deemed disproportionate to position within the given territory. All 100%
commission based package roles will be refused, as will majority OTE based package
roles. Our policy in placement (recruitment) is to ensure the integrity toward candidates as
well as members / clients.
From £470.00 per day + Expenses
Services provided within Full Membership (see Services) are not subject to any additional
payment than stated in the Full Membership Fee above, unless on-site visits are required,
at which point additional fees will be discussed beforehand.
From £20K per annum + Expenses (UK)
Fees for representation services to international territories other than the UK will be
advised upon request.
Fees for Non-Executive Director roles will also start from £20K per annum.
Both representation and NED roles are conducted outside of membership services.
